The suggested ‘beginner’ for LiveO2 AC and ExtremeO2 would be as follows:

  1. 8 minute warmup on LiveO2 mode (+O2), then 30 second sprint on ExtremeO2 (-O2) mode with two-minute recovery on LiveO2 mode (+O2) afterward. Start with two or three sprints in your session and work up from there.
  2. 8 mins warmup on live
  3. 30 second sprint on extreme
  4. 2 min recovery on live
  5. 30 second sprint on extreme
  6. 2 min recovery on live
  7. 30 second sprint on extreme
  8. 2 min recovery on live
  9. 15 mins 30 seconds total training time

‘Beginner’ Protocol for LiveO2: If you are not at peak physical condition or are for any other reason unsure if you are ready for a full 15 minute exercise session, start with using your LiveO2 system for just five minutes a day. Then, as you are comfortable, work up to a longer workout by adding a minute per day to your routine, again as you are comfortable and feel ready to do so.
