The sug­gest­ed ‘begin­ner’ for LiveO2 AC and ExtremeO2 would be as fol­lows:

  1. 8 minute warmup on LiveO2 mode (+O2), then 30 sec­ond sprint on ExtremeO2 (-O2) mode with two-minute recov­ery on LiveO2 mode (+O2) after­ward. Start with two or three sprints in your ses­sion and work up from there.
  2. 8 mins warmup on live
  3. 30 sec­ond sprint on extreme
  4. 2 min recov­ery on live
  5. 30 sec­ond sprint on extreme
  6. 2 min recov­ery on live
  7. 30 sec­ond sprint on extreme
  8. 2 min recov­ery on live
  9. 15 mins 30 sec­onds total train­ing time

‘Beginner’ Protocol for LiveO2: If you are not at peak phys­i­cal con­di­tion or are for any oth­er rea­son unsure if you are ready for a full 15 minute exer­cise ses­sion, start with using your LiveO2 sys­tem for just five min­utes a day. Then, as you are com­fort­able, work up to a longer work­out by adding a minute per day to your rou­tine, again as you are com­fort­able and feel ready to do so.
