Abstract<\/h1>\n

This 25 year old sub\u00adject reports approx\u00adi\u00admate\u00adly 10 con\u00adcus\u00adsions with esca\u00adlat\u00ading qual\u00adi\u00adty of life chal\u00adlenges start\u00ading at age 14.  This sub\u00adject com\u00adplet\u00aded a series of 3 train\u00ading ses\u00adsions using LiveO2 over a peri\u00adod of 5 weeks.  CNS pan\u00adels show pro\u00adgres\u00adsive improve\u00adment in brain func\u00adtion at each test even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly improv\u00ading from 1 to 8 tests above aver\u00adage.  Sub\u00adject illus\u00adtrates improve\u00adments in neu\u00adro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal flu\u00adid\u00adi\u00adty with gui\u00adtar impro\u00advi\u00adsa\u00adtion in video.  Sub\u00adject report\u00aded last\u00ading ces\u00adsa\u00adtion of night ter\u00adrors by sec\u00adond train\u00ading, restora\u00adtion of mem\u00ado\u00adry, and res\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion of depres\u00adsion.<\/p>\n

\nNote: The low scores on visu\u00adal and audi\u00adto\u00adry mem\u00ado\u00adry tests reflect admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion error. These tests should have been omit\u00adted from the sec\u00adond test because there was not enough time between the tests for sub\u00adjects to \u201cfor\u00adget\u201d the first test. Con\u00adfu\u00adsion between test sets caus\u00ades the sec\u00adond score to be arti\u00adfi\u00adcial\u00adly low. There was only 2 hours between the tests.<\/p>\n
