<br>\n\t\t    Zeta  poten\u00adtial is influ\u00adenced by the ener\u00adgetic charge dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion in a flu\u00adid.&nbsp; Gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly the high\u00ader the fluid\u2019s avail\u00adable ion\u00adic  poten\u00adtial res\u00adi\u00addent in the flu\u00adid, the greater the abil\u00adi\u00adty to main\u00adtain  dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of the par\u00adti\u00adcles.&nbsp;  &nbsp;Increased zeta poten\u00adtial is the \u201crea\u00adson  why\u201d the cells sep\u00ada\u00adrate.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>\t\t      Horme\u00adsis  prod\u00aducts emit beta par\u00adti\u00adcles \u2013 these par\u00adti\u00adcles are elec\u00adtrons.&nbsp; When they enter a flu\u00adid, they attach to the  polar\u00adized water mol\u00ade\u00adcules, and cre\u00adate pseu\u00addo-ions.&nbsp; I assert that these pseu\u00addo-ions increase the  net elec\u00adtro-neg\u00ada\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty, of the solu\u00adtion, and ele\u00advate the zeta poten\u00adtial until  they escape.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t      I assert  that the use of \u201cradioac\u00adtive\u201d mate\u00adri\u00adals, is a con\u00adve\u00adnient source of sol\u00adu\u00adble  elec\u00adtrons.&nbsp; I sus\u00adpect that a spe\u00adcial  attribute, per\u00adhaps spin or momen\u00adtum, of these \u201cNuclear elec\u00adtrons\u201d enables them to behave like  a solute instead of migrat\u00ading to the sur\u00adface, as &nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Faraday_cage\">\u201cFaraday\u2019s prin\u00adci\u00adple regard\u00ading elec\u00adtron dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion for a con\u00adduc\u00adtor\u201d<\/a> sug\u00adgests they would..<\/p>\n<p>\t\t      Entry of the  \u201ccharged par\u00adti\u00adcle\u201d into the solu\u00adtion cre\u00adates a sticky effect, where the  elec\u00adtron sticks to water.&nbsp;
