Uri\u00adnary pH ranged from 6.2 to 6.6 for over 24 hours. Sali\u00adva pH ranged from 7 to 8.4.<\/li>\n<li>Urine con\u00adduc\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty was ele\u00advat\u00aded through\u00adout day, as expect\u00aded with this lev\u00adel of salt intake. Alka\u00adlo\u00adsis con\u00adfirmed due to response to acid buffers (even though pH meter was about to fail(<\/li>\n<li>9:00 a.m. Neck dis\u00adcom\u00adfort eased released after Ammo\u00adni\u00adum Phos\u00adphate. Urine in alka\u00adline tide after breakfast\/coffee (7.5 pH) but sys\u00adtemic alkolo\u00adsis symp\u00adtoms appear to have reduced.<\/li>\n<li>10:00 am. Took 2 more Ammo\u00adni\u00adum Phos\u00adphate cap\u00adsules. Bile released and had detox stool 2x. Response sug\u00adgests alka\u00adli over\u00adload lim\u00adit\u00aded liv\u00ader release. Acid enabled neu\u00adtral\u00adiza\u00adtion, so with\u00adheld liv\u00ader con\u00adtents released. Feel\u00ading quite good now. Obser\u00adva\u00adtion con\u00adsis\u00adtent with \u201canti-fat\u00adty acid\u201d detox\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion method sug\u00adgest\u00aded by Revi\u00adci. This like\u00adly reflects detox\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion of flourine as HFl. Hydro\u00adflu\u00ado\u00adric acid dis\u00adsolves glass. Meter fail\u00adure like\u00adly result\u00aded from etch\u00ading of ion chan\u00adnels in the meter. The urine HFl con\u00adtent appar\u00adent\u00adly con\u00adcen\u00adtrat\u00aded enough to destroy the meter with\u00adin 60 sec\u00adonds of expo\u00adsure.<\/p>\n<p>The prob\u00adabe expla\u00adna\u00adtion is that I was releas\u00ading enough Hydro\u00adflu\u00ado\u00adric acid to dam\u00adage the probes. The HFl like\u00adly etched the ion chan\u00adnels in the probe and ruined them.<\/p>\n<h2>ACl + ATh, 700 mg each<\/h2>\n<p>This pro\u00adto\u00adcol is a bal\u00adanced acid pro\u00adto\u00adcol. Use of this pro\u00adto\u00adcol cre\u00adat\u00aded a ten\u00adden\u00adcy for aci\u00addo\u00adsis which per\u00adsist\u00aded into the next day. Next day used 2 tsp of Mag\u00adne\u00adsium car\u00adbon\u00adate. Recov\u00adery was rapid. Felt great all day.<\/p>\n<p>Fol\u00adlow\u00ading day aci\u00addo\u00adsis indi\u00adca\u00adtions per\u00adsist\u00aded in urine, mild\u00adly fatig\u00adured. Took Mag\u00adne\u00adsium Car\u00adbon\u00adate, 2 tsp to neur\u00adtral\u00adize acid. Ener\u00adgy returned to nor\u00admal.
