Here is the infor­ma­tion I co-authored with Dr. Mark Sir­cus regard­ing sele­ni­um. It is based heav­i­ly on Dr Revi­ci’s research.

The usu­al dose for health main­te­nance is in 2 stages.

Stage 1 — resolves any deple­tion, while stage 2 pre­vents deple­tion.

  • Deple­tion Res­o­lu­tion Stage: 10 drops dai­ly for 30 days. Add to juice, water or food. Time of day does not mat­ter
  • Deple­tion Pre­ven­tion Stage: 10 drops once week­ly.
