16×30 Bed pad. Place just below sheet grey side facing up under target area. For neck, head, place in pillow-case grey side facing target area.

8×10 Pad. Place next to skin grey side facing affected area.

Knee Pad. Wear over affected knee overnight or as needed.

Ankle Pad. Wrap around ankle overnight or as needed.

Most users will feel a deep warmth within 10 minutes of use. Accelerates bruise clearance and reduces discomfort and swelling usually within 3 hours of use.
