16x30 Bed pad. Place just below sheet grey side fac­ing up under tar­get area. For neck, head, place in pil­low-case grey side fac­ing tar­get area.

8x10 Pad. Place next to skin grey side fac­ing affect­ed area.

Knee Pad. Wear over affect­ed knee overnight or as need­ed.

Ankle Pad. Wrap around ankle overnight or as need­ed.
